September 15, 2017
|Willard D. Williams Jr., 62, of Scranton departed this life on Friday after a long battle with cancer. Born on Sept. 23, 1954, in Scranton, he was the son of the late Willard and Margaret Coar Williams.
Will was retired from the Painter Union Local 218. He loved working around the house and was a true craftsman; he took pride in everything he did. He was a lover of music and enjoyed listening to his many audio systems. He loved cars and loved driving his antique 1994 Ford Mustang. He was very fashionable and was always a sharp dressed man. What he loved most was helping his family and friends and always wanted to do more for everyone. We are honored to say that there will be a Mass in Willard’s honor at St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican City, Italy.
